The citric acid contained in oranges can prevent kidney stones and anemia.
Oranges can be stored at room temperature for up to a week. If not consumed within this time, they can be stored in the refrigerator for 2-3 weeks. It is recommended to keep them in a well-ventilated bag to maintain air flow.
