The entire production and storage process is certified. Management and storage are carried out in modern, privately owned ELITA™ cold storage rooms. Transportation from production to packaging is carried out with privately owned refrigerated trucks.
At ELITA™ we aim for the quality of the fruit. This is achieved through continuous monitoring & control of the harvest by specialist agronomists, as well as by choosing the most appropriate stage of ripening.

Tips for consumers!
Kiwis are a good source of vitamin C, antioxidants, and fiber.
Antioxidants – including vitamin C, choline, lutein, and zeaxanthin – help remove “free radicals,” which are unstable molecules that the body produces during metabolism and other processes. If too many “free radicals” are created, they can cause oxidative stress, which can lead to cell damage. This damage can lead to problems like heart disease or cancer. Antioxidants protect the body by eliminating “free radicals.”
If stored in the refrigerator, ripe kiwis can last about 4 weeks. You can put them in a bag, preferably a paper bag, with an apple or banana for a day or two to ripen.
Fruit Fact!
The kiwi fruit is named after New Zealand’s national bird, the “Kiwi.”
